What I’ve learned the 3rd week into #The100DayProject:
I can make time. I am a genie at making time where there is none, if it’s important enough.
This magic of making time does not work for the pile(s) of paperwork sitting around my house. Those seem to only get bigger. *sigh* I suppose I’ll have to admit the same for menu planning. Clearly there are my priorities.
I will always be busy. Always. Now that I’ve admitted it I can accept it and move forward.
Measure twice, mark once . . . or else.
The kids can entertain themselves. I know, I can barely believe it myself.
Fellow artist’s are really generous about sharing information on what’s working for them. We all have to wade through these murky waters. Some are just stronger swimmers than others.
I’m not alone. Finding creative people who are making “it” [whatever it is] work for them is inspiring and motivating. Likewise, finding creatives who’re trying to figure out what the “it” is going to look like for themselves [ourselves] is equally comforting.
